New ads

If you hadn't noticed, we are currently being served some pretty crappy ads (Green card lottery etc). This is becasue our ad agents (IDG COmmunications) have moved from the Adify platform, where we could block any ads we didn't want, such as the one above to Collective media, where we can't. Please bare with us on this as we are meeting with IDG to discuss this next week, inb th emean time Shaun is sending a list of ads we don't want direct to the IDG ad office in the states to get them removed, so please don't fire up your ad blockers as we need to pay for then next conf soon!!
