EduSweep 2 Released
The new version of EduSweep is now ready to go! It's our tool that's designed to keep networks free of the unwanted files that anti-malware software doesn’t touch. EduSweep can identify and clean away files that breach your usage policy with ease.
With powerful new features you can quickly re-run common scans, inspect individual files in detail, add and restore files from quarantine and even create your own signatures to detect whatever you like!
We've worked hard to add all the changes that you requested and to bring the software up to commercial grade - but don't worry, it's still completely free to use!
NOTE: Requires .NET 3.5 to run.

New and Improved Features
Scan Tasks
A scan task is a collection of locations that you regularly want to scan. Scan tasks also contain information about the settings for the scan so that you can use them many times without any additional setup.
Exploit Detection
The software is now able to detect specific files which are known to be dangerous or unwanted - this is designed to complement your existing antivirus software. For example, certain flash games are able to be embedded into Office files and thus avoid being detected by their filename alone.
Quarantine Manager
Previously, there was no way to restore the quarantine file to its original location. In this new version the quarantine manager handles any files which have been detected and quarantined, allowing you to get more information, delete them, or restore them to their original locations with a single click.
Hybrid Signatures
Hybrid signatures allow you to take a number of very specific signatures and combine them to create a single comprehensive signature that is tailored for your network and your users.
While EduSweep 1.0 uses just four sets of signatures, EduSweep 2.0 ships with over 50 that can be mixed and matched as you like. In fact, you can combine as many as you like with almost zero performance loss.
Exclusion Support
If EduSweep is detecting files that you know to be safe you can now add an exclusion (specifying the file name, file extension, or location) so that in future the scanner will ignore these files.
File Inspector
The file inspector is a new feature that is separate from the main scanner. It allows you to look closely at a specific file, analysing it for any irregularities. For example, the inspector can tell you if the contents of the file do not match its extension. Once the tests have been performed it will return a suspicion rating to help you choose a course of action.
FeatherWeight Mode
Reduces CPU usage to less than 10% and reduces the load on disks. Useful if EduSweep is being run on a server so that available resources are conserved at the expense of increased scan times.

Hi Dom,
That should be a very easy addition. I'll add it into the next version.
