How many techs can you fit in a smart car?
well logic dictates that you make them bite size so as not to have to re-cut later...
I'll be there!
I found the May Conf 2008 to be a very good expeirience! got allot from it
As i missed BETT this will a nice chance to catch up with you all again
I enjoyed the last one so I intend to be in attendance.
If you could all suggest topics for the conference, we can get a poll together and make the event as worthwhile as possible.
We know lots of people with lots of skills so we could have anything... penetration testing might be an interesting one for instance
Will we need a volunteer?penetration testing might be an interesting one for instance
I vote "children" testing of all the UMPCs on the market, stuff the marketing hype of there children-proof etc, let us have a set and see what damage we can do to them and make the true Edugeek top list of UMPCs for use in schools.
Aw, no more "tony's holiday snaps"?
Edit: Damn beaten to it!
Oh - and I will talk to the boss about what we can sponsor! We will definitely be there.. see what we can talk about if you have a vacant slot too, but don't want to monopolise if you have "new" speakers, as I did one last year

I like the idea of a mods table - power, POWER!!!!
how about a section for primary schools - remembering that we are often behind you senior school lot - for example, VLEs are just coming onto the radar in a lot of cases and perhaps we could do with some advice on which to choose, and what to do with it when we have it!
But Chorley is a long long way away and 'less than £100' is still a lot of money.
So, anyone from down this way or at least a bit closer (Reading? London?) driving up and wants to share the costs?

Definitely useful... examples of what to look out for, and even a workshop where us primary types could get together and perhaps pool our resources?for example, VLEs are just coming onto the radar in a lot of cases and perhaps we could do with some advice on which to choose, and what to do with it when we have it!
Hmm EduTech, I Believe you owe me a drink or 10 :P
I might have to come along just to claim it hehe!
