Before BETT we will have special edugeek podcast highlight some of things at BETT then both me and Kev will be down recording audio this is helped by the fact we have been given press status.

So also we want to know is there anybody you want to hear from any vendors want to hear from. Also I should be in both BBC Jam and Apple press breifings so if there is anything you would liked asked we will try out grab someones coller and ask it just reply to this thread.

Also if you have audio recording device then take with you record and then let us have audio and if we can it will appear on edugeek podcast.

Second if down there take your mobile phone as we have a mob log set up so that you can post sms messages or email messages and photos etc to blog.

So if see something interesting then let us all know....

If you want to be able to post to mob log then please pm me and we will give you access.

basicly why at bett there will be an email or mobile number can send text message to that will appear on moblog on edugeek site.

so while at bett see something good send a message to let other people know About it

Cool. Can you 'subscribe' to the moblog on your phone so that you get SMS when someone posts to the log? If not, I guse you need to keep checking the site for updates.

at moment no mainly this is going to help people who travel on thurs/fri to check before hand but also got net cafe at becta to look at it

but also if got phone can send email from and a camera phone can send pictures of cool equipment you might find stuff like that...

well lucky old me has been given press access to bett anyway attending few press breifings will open up floor to questions people want me to ask if i get chance.


apple- "We are however holding a press briefing at BETT where Apple's education strategy will be overviewed by the UK managing director and head of Education programmes for Europe. They will no doubt be able to discuss any new products." i asked for confirmation of if the products annouced at macworld would be at bett (she didnt know herself yet)

BBC Jam "Briefing on BBC Learning's 2006 activity including Blast, Bitesize, 60 Second Shakespeare and introducing BBC Jam, the new learning service for children designed to inspire them to explore, learn and create. BBC jam will give 5-16 year olds in the UK access to a broadband learning experience that complements and reinforces their classroom activity and puts them in charge of what, when, where and how they want to learn."
