By using a suitable client. iTunes is my preferred client but there are others out there ... A search on Google for podcast clients will take you to several links
http://weblogs.about.com/od/podcastreceiversclients/
http://www.podcastingnews.com/topics..._Software.html
http://www.podcastlab.com/podcast_clients/
Just for starters.

@russ - Don't forget that it needs to end in .xml for a number of clients.

I've given Russ the finished, polished podcast. Hopefully it will be on the site sometime soon! I'll make sure it gets published on iTunes...

minor technical niggle:
When you encode mp3's with a bitrate greater than 128kbps there's really no point in using joint stereo. Your better off using full blown dual stereo. Also, as Podcasts are mainly voice, why not stick with mono?
Finally a request, can we have an Ogg Vorbis version of the podcast(s)? I'm prevented from using MP3 decoders/encoders on my Linux desktop due to licensing and software patent issues.
