I've got a 4 1/2 hour journey (3 trains) with a little driving and some taxi too today... And the same to get back! For the EG conf it is worth only 2 hours.

Don't be sily, he doesn't need to drive it, he takes it on the train!

I didn't fancy hours in the car (I will not drive when tired) to go to Cardiff today so going via train instead. The car is parked at a station. It also means I can get work done too ... I hate dead time when I have so much on.

No, think Resident Evil or the walking dead. I think it involves an axe or a crossbow, I gues you could use a hammer

Sounds like something they'd do (done?) on Top Gear...

The venue is only an hour or so away from me so I might be able to make both days without the need of staying over in a hotel.
