Creating Charts in Access
Hello All,
hoping to pick your collective brains here,
I have never learned how to use Microsoft Access properly (my secondary school could only afford Lotus Approach when i did my GCSEs in 2001) and I have downloaded the Microsoft Desktop Call Tracker for our Reception staff to use. I have pretty much adapted this for our own personal needs, but there is one thing we would like, and I just can't seem to figure out how to do it. I have setup a query table that shows all calls between a specified date, but what we would like is for it to Produce a pie Chart from the "Status" column/field. At the moment I can copy and paste it into excel where it does some nice CountIF's and creates the chart, but all I would like it to do is count the Amount of Active, Closed and Overdue calls in that period and make the Pie chart in Access.
Could anyone shed some light on how to do this (step by step please) so that I can get this one snigly little bit working.
