anything and everything !
no seroiusly we recently had an inspection and it was mayhem,
I would suggest a few pcs for them to use from the office they will work from, and if there is a lot of them, maybe setup wireless access for thier laptops.
oh and make sure everything works :-)
Most important - don't panic!
If anything doesn't work; hide it
Don't change anything! It's too late and now is not the time to be doing anything that has the remotest possibility of destabilising things. Just make sure that the niggles that everyone puts up with (there are bound to be some) aren't going to be major iembarrassments to the teachers in lessons.
You're unlikely to be bothered much. The inspectors are there for such a short time, that they don't have time to spend on technical stuff.
Didn't bother me at all when they were here last in November. Thought he visit didn't go that well, they are in again on Thursday!!!

Had our ISI inspection at the beginning of May had a 20 minute meeting with them and setup a pc with net access thats all i had to do with them.
OFSTED are great fun, it's amazing how polite teaching staff become towrds technical staff when they are desperate for an AV set up or something, THE POWER!
Last time, we got special measures, meaning the whole top line of management were wiped out and replaced, round 2 ding ding!!
never even talked with the ofsted guys when they've come in. Everything worked well and to be honest works even better now! Good report all round. My advice would be don't worry there's nothing you can do this late in the day so calm down have a cup of tea and relax. ;)

Our ofsted inspections days were the quietest we've known in tech support- most of the teachers had planned their lessons down to the fine details and had left nothing to go wrong as they had tested everything first.
Perhaps they should do that more often... :)
We had our OFSTED the week before half term. I spent the whole time being completely ignored. It was bliss.
