Sorry I disagree.
If the keyword is c*** then a positive hit is where it picks up anything with the word c*** in it, including scunthorpe. Scunthorpe is a false positive though as whilst it is a positive hit for the system, it is not a horrible swearword, it is a nice placename. In your analogy a false positive is a a legit file being flagged as a virus maybe because it has certain attributes. In my analogy a false positive is a legitimate word being flagged as a swear word because it has certain attributes (i.e 4 letters). It's the same thing.
If the keyword is c*** and it flagged up the word dog for watever reason then that is NOT a false positive as it is not even a positive in the first place, its just a plain mistake or an error or a bug.
I dont know why we're arguing the to's and fro's as this is a thread about making Impero better rather than a discussion on the trials and tribulations of the english language....
