After the ghost who turned off the power to my cabinet at my am school - at my afternoon school I had this on my helpdesk system
"Wordshark no longer interactive also needs a password!!"
On talking to the teacher, what she meant was that her smartboard wasn't interactive!
She then said , its been like that since Christmas!!!!
I went to classroom - no cable coming out of smartboard - looked at computer - found usb was plugged in - traced it throught the serial convertor ...
... and back to the computer serial port :lol:
(and it was done properly - screwed in :) )
unplugged and now OK.
Couldn't bring myself to discuss the password issue :)
My standard reply to ..." its been like that since Christmas!!!!"
Reported and fixed within 24 hrs, try reporting faults asap.
