Might have to have a crack at this one, been wanting to get back in to shape for a while now... but it might have to be done in 10 sets of 10 each over the day for the first couple of weeks! :p
Like the idea but theres absolutely no way I'd even manage a week of that :)
I couldnt do the run, but the rest is pretty easy for me as I do 50 of each in the morning and at night
Ive got Kinect, so dont need this old fashioned style of exercise :P
I can't do the run but interested in the rest. I might do 10 mins of step on the Wii Fit instead of the run.
Sounds like a plan. Been out of running for a couple of months but should be able to get back into that easy enough.
If you are going for the 100 push ups then take a look at one hundred push ups. Some friends did it and they found it a good guide to follow.
Remember folks, it doesn't have to be done in an single session, you can spread the activities throughout teh day. However, you can't double up. If you do 70 press-ups in one day, you still have to 50 the next, same for sits. Xmas day is optional, although encouraged. If you have health complications, halve the targets.

Still, I'm on a fitness bender at the moment so I'm up for this :) It should be interesting at least..
I do 50 of each in the morning, and at night (exceptions being when I do martial arts and you can add another 20 press ups and another 50 sit ups)...running not so much as I have tendonosis which pretty much makes walking a distance painful :(
