I'm just sitting here....
........because my calf muscle 'popped' during a high level exercise class tonight. It was feeling a bit tight but not too bad and then..bang, it was gone.
I felt very stupid as the class had to stop. I tried to walk out and couldn't so they got two of the men who work there to carry me out...
Now I am sitting at home, hurting - thinking of all the work I have to do - I can't remote in and it wouldn't help if I could as the work is not 'get-at-able'
Last time this happened, about 6 years ago, I managed to drive after a few days but I expect I shouldn't, should I?
Lots of expletives!!!!! :(
And some advice - obviously I am icing it etc but what else can I do?
