I've lost some BECTA guidlines...

early last year I was directed to a BECTA doc which contained, amongst other things, guidance on such things as, "Pupils shall have 24/7 access to their own work...", and so on. After quite a search yesterday and this morning I still can't locate it at school, or at home. I'm attending a presentation this morning at 9:45, and ideally I'd like to have a printed copy with me. TIA

was it the functional / technical specifications documents?

Was it the draft version that I put up earlier in the year? It was a fair bit longer and had complete breakdowns. It should be on a thread here somewhere ...
