How do you communicate with the world?

I was wondering which was the predominant means that the Edugeek fraternity use to communicate with the world via the Internet?

In what context - professional, social, both...?

Both - personal and work.

Overall probably forums, here for work and several other places in my free time.
Use facebook but not to a massive extent

Personally - IRC, Facebook, email, mailing lists, forums and instant messenging; for work: just email and SMSs to parents.

edit: oh, predominantly: forums and email respectively.

Personal - Facebook, email, text. I also have various companies/interest groups on Twitter/RSS, however this is purely one-way, so not sure if it counts for this discussion.
Work - forums and blogs, again via RSS where possible.
