PICNIC Error? How do I upload an attachment now?

Please can someone can tell me how to upload a file attachment to a post?

I get this far:
1. Click on Manage Attachments
2. Click on Add Files
3. In little box, click on Select Files
4. Navigate to screen shot - name appears in little box
5. Then what... ?

Clicking on Insert Attachment or Insert Inline gives me a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark and "undefined"

Help please!

Following the steps you mention, I get the same error.
