Any ideas?
I've managed to encourage people to take copyright issues of having MP3 tracks on the network seriously, so now I'm faced with the question 'What can we use instead?'
'anything that's royalty free'
'Where can I get it from?'
'Errrr leave that with me for a bit . . .'
Any good recources out there, or is it a case of scouring the web and creating our own library internally?

We've been having this problem lately and haven't come up with a decent answer yet. The vast majority of royalty free music seems to be horribly generic and dull. Like lift/elevator' music really.
The Flickr Video FAQ recommends these sites for that sort of thing:

It's not as free as the name suggests but there's some good stuff and the search facility is reasonable.
Through LancsNGfL we have access to the Audio Network for free and I believe this is a national thing through RBCs and the NEN. The link is http://audio.lgfl.org.uk/
