It was yesterday evening, but seems better now.....
It may be slow at the moment, but we are aware of this and we are working on it.
Ideally the site needs to be moved onto a dedicated box but the change in hosting costs ... and this is being sorted with the advertising module.
We ask for a little patience and you should see a substantial improvement soon.
Don't need to tell me the cost of dedi, its huge compared to shared. I appreciate all you and the rest of the crew are doing. Many Thanks!
Just to let people know I am monitoring the sites downtime etc so we can recoup costs from the hosting comoany if we need to do so.
Out of curiosity, who do you use to host this site?
Doing a whois on the IP edugeek.net resolves too reveals it to be Fasthosts.
That is correct thing will improve next month as we are upgrading our hosting package that will help with load balancing etc
