Don't you love it?

I came in yesterday morning and found a message from the Site Manager with a new alarm code. I entered it and the warning alrm silenced but when I walked into the concourse it went off again. I re-entered the code and it seemed ok. Exactly the same happened this morning but this time the alarm didn't silence and the main alarm let loose. It's just timed-out but I'm trapped in the office waiting for the engineer to call me. If I move, the alarm will probably be triggered again and I need the loo!

I'd planned to clean the projector filters before teachers came in yesterday but someone had unplugged my cordless vac. and the battery was flat. Looks like it won't happen today either.

I recall when I worked for a retail company at HO. We had to be in at 05.30, so I had the alarm code from my boss. I misentered it, and set the alarm off, had to call the site manager who had already been called by the alarm company!

Oh well.....
