Ordered a regrade from 2Mbit - 8Mbit on my home line at 7. Immediately got through on 0800 number. System was down, but the cs rep said "try online in 10 mins". Ordered a regrade 10 mins later... did the washing up, came back.. and its done.
5 gold stars for those guys. Not the cheapest though.
Wow - impressive service, I can only assume they havent yet assimilated Sky's shocking CS standards :)
They seem to be staying fairly separate - 0800 no. for UK callcenters, CS open at 7pm (as opposed to my bank, who close at 5).
Now getting 6.4x0.64 out of the advertised 8x0.78 - not at all bad on ancient copper.
