Saw a demo of GrandCentral a while ago and it is fantastic. Unfortunately it was US only so couldn't take advantage. If they bring it the UK then I would defintely be using it.
Looks pretty good, and looks like it will eventually be making its way into the Google Apps package IMO.
I wish I could get some voicemail transcription software for our Asterisk system, it'd be brilliant.
