On average consumers get 45% of the speed they pay for, with 3.6Gbps being the UK average online speed.
Makes me think if I've been getting 10Mbps from Virgin and paying for 20Mbps, what's going to happen now I've 'downgraded' to 10Mbps. My line obviously supports a full 10Mbps speed. Am I only going to get 5Mbps?
