Just wondering if anyone works in a school that is a licensed testing center, and does testing internally. We do ECDL testing which is done online. And as its over the internet can sometimes be bogged down by other traffic.
Does anyone do anything specific like a dedicated line, stop web traffic at testing times and such.
Nope. We have 20Mb of ADSL and do a three line whip of ECDL with all GCSE students, no problems.
We are an ecdl test centre here and push them through our 8mb dsl rather than the lea connection as it just didn't seem to work.

I would love our school to be a licensed test centre for computing exams, would give me less to travel:D
