Their Twitter: "Yes, we know about the sign. We took it down as soon as it was spotted - but not before the photo was taken #redfacesallround"
How did anyone not spot it?!....
We've recently had all our big school signs re-done with a pretty big mistake on them that nobody had noticed until I pointed it out :rolleyes:
I'm sure I must be missing something here.
'Excellent' surely refers to the fact that that's the ISI term for the top grade, so 'every category' means each category inspected by the ISI... but the Early Years provision would've been inspected separately by Ofsted and their term for the same is 'Outstanding'... so it's not really all that wrong is it?
Apologies if I'm missing the point but it's 2am... :P
Attachment 20534 Enough said....
Well I didn't know that principal refers to a person, where principle to an idea until I just Googled it!
Oooh :P I must've been REALLY tired last night :$
I was struggling to work out how they had spelt 'Excellent' wrong, I must have looked at it for ages, then realised it wasnt that they had spelt wrong!
Maybe they are a school who specialise in catering?
We had this;
Felixstowe: Spelling mistake on new academy name sign - News - Ipswich Star
Can't even spell our name correctly! :doh:
