Company taking the micky delivering bike
So i ordered my bike online. 2 reasons, i really liked the bike and because they offered finance.
I ordered it on the 22nd of May so it would arrive for the half term. I got told it would be with me in the week because of the Bank Holiday etc and that i would be contacted when it's due. Awesome.
So i wait. I hear nothing so i contact them again. "Oh there's been a delay with the supplier. We're really sorry, it'll be next week now".
Hmph...ok, i wait a little longer, nothing, so i contact them again (i am only emailing at the moment) and hear nothing.
So i Tweet my frustration and get a phone call. "Really sorry, bike should've been with us today but it hasn't turned up, we're open to 6pm or it'll be in the morning".
I also eventually get an email back saying "i can see you rang us blah blah" so i replied "no i didn't ring you, i got frustrated at your lack of contact and tweet. You rang me. Am i going to see this bike by the end of the week?".
I've just had a message on my voice mail "Sorry, supplier has rang up, Bike wont be with you till next week".
I'm so frustrated i don't know what to do. Do i just be patience and wait or do i tell them to stick it, but then i've got the whole finance agreement. I understand that they can't control their supplier but their lack of communication and what also feels like they're not too bothered. According to their site orders take from 2-7 days.
Grr! *cries with frustration*
