iTunes giftcards!
Well annoyed. Wanted to get an iTunes gift card for the old man towards part of his birthday gift (got him an iPod dock for Christmas as he's listening to music more) but smallest value gift card Apple do is £15! Very annoying! What's wrong with the traditional £5 and £10 cards?! :mmph:

Why do a £5 card when they can make £15...apple marketing at its best

I suspect that Apple decided you couldn't buy much for £5 or £10 (there are very few albums for less than £10 these days) so not worth offering.
I do agree with you that having the choice would be nice!

Well, there seems to be plenty of choice these days as you can buy apps, individual album tracks, tv show episodes, audio books, rent movies etc for well under a fiver on there, not to mention that there is a good selection of iBooks are less than £5! I would have though that having a £5 and £10 option would result in more sales for them!

Good point. I forgot the books and apps! Must just be Apple marketing towards a certain type of customer - those with more ££££...

I bought a 3 pack of £10 cards in Tescos before Christmas - I know that means that it still spent a multiple of £15, but I got 2 gifts and £10 to keep ;)
