When I started this game, it was possible to know almost everything you needed to know. All about the networks, how the systems connected, and how to support the small range of applications. You could know everything. Now, you haven't got a chance. Many days are like treading water. Odds on though, if you need a solution someone here will know.
Remember one point:
Everyone is ignorant - only the subject varies.
Keep your chin up, everyone has days like it.
Look at where you have been and how much you have got done in the last year, bet you have got more done that some.
Least its the weekend, have a relaxing weekend and come back to it with a fresh head on Monday.

TBH I almost completely lost an 8 host vm cluster of 147 VMs at the start of this week.
@Ric_ managed to shut down a machine at a production datacentre instead of the DR one.
@Beard took down the phone lines of an office that exclusively did phone support. at midday.
And @SimonD managed to delete a worldwide replication filesystem of almost 2TB and over a million files.
...trust me, you're not that bad.
I firmly believe I keep my job purely because I know how to use Google!
