Yes, I've been ranting about this on facebook. Absolutely pathetic cheating.

There have been rumours also about Red Bull doing the same with Webber which would put Alonso back on the dirty side. That'd be funny yet at the same time massively pathetic.

Nothing in the regulations [at the moment] that says that they cannot do this. I don't like to see this sort of thing as it isn't a sporting approach. However the teams [as we have seen in the past] will try anything within the rules [even sometimes things that are not allowed]

I wondered if they'd do something like this. Why does F1 always end up looking so dumb in the US. Aghh.

its a team sport why shouldnt they stack the odds in their lead drivers favour if required?

Nothing to do with rules, it's about sportsmanship. But Ferrari are not about the sport, haven't been for a good few decades.

I didn't see the race. What was Hamilton's start like from the dirty side?

Didn't really seem to make any difference.. both sides seemed equally quick to be honest.

He lost a place as expected, as did everyone else on that side. Did well considering.

Personally I think fair dos, it was at a critical point in the championship. Shame for Massa as he has been driving well recently, but you kind of sign yourself up for this when you're the number 2 driver at Ferrari.

Anything that keeps it interesting till the final race is okay by me, didn't want to see Vettel run away with the Championship already even through really it's going to take something to fail on Vettel's car or the predicated rain to shake things up for Alonso to have a good chance of winning it.

Did anyone see Martin Brundel's pit walk? I thought it was quite funny when he butted into Vettel's interview with David Coultard (BBC) and Vettel carried on speaking to David as he was first, and then Martin comes out with "they’re not live anyway" or something like that.

Does Schumacher talk to Brundel these days? I prefer Coultard's style. Far less pushy.

I like Brundle's gridwalk, he makes me chuckle :) Quite like both of them though, even though I watched the race on Sky yesterday I always watch BBC's highlights too. I think Massa did bloody well considering his starting position, fair play to him. He's certainly improved since that lull in form after Rubens beat him at mario kart.
