Christmas jumpers! I need an abserd one!
Each year, rather then going out and having an expensive and mediocre time in town at Christmas, me, the wife and a group of friends take it in turns to host a house part that consists of warmth, music, good food, plenty of booze, board games and good company. :)
This year it's our turn to play host. The wife has deemed that the only one rule is that Christmas jumpers must be worn by all who attend. Joy. Everyone seems quite excited about this so I've jumped on the bandwagon and I've done a little shopping around to see whats out there in the shops. As expected, there are some nice knitted Christmas jumpers in Next, Topman, River Island and the like, and the more generic "tasteful" Christmas puddings, trees and Rudolf jumpers in Primark. However, if I have to wear one, I want a jumper where Christmas has thrown up all over it!!! Lights, music, I don't care, it just has to have a "Oh dear god!" effect.
