    The latter is possible. Their web site does re-assure me that they're doing everything they can to fix it. I'm not sure if that means saying "we can't control the weather" and doing nothing, or whether there are some BT engineers out doing a sundance somewhere.... :-)

    Probably a leaky roof. They never look after the exchange buildings well and they are all 70esque eyesores with flat roofs.
