Haven't seen any similar threads so thought i would comment. I like the default site after the new update i think it looks really great. Anyone not like it?

It does have some scaling issues though, i normally have it open in a smaller window and a few things overlap, no biggie though

I know I'll get used to it, but I have to say that I'm not a fan of the new look.

I'm not going to compare to anything else... I just find that it's too bright.

I'm going with its nice clean and refreshing - make sure you have IE compablity mode turned OFF though as is mucks up a whole load of things.

The only fault i would say is the EDU in the logo is a little dark.

Initially I found it a bit hard to read here too, the text changed slightly it seems a bit brighter than the previous versions I found for me, doesnt look bad overall though

I'm a big fan of blue and orange sites, so its a big thumbs up from me. (A web based admin tool I'm writing at the moment at home is orange based...)

I can't say I'm a massive fan. I echo Aerospacemango - it's too bright. It's really hard to tell the difference between read and unread threads. I like the colours and I like how different parts of the site are in a different set of colours but find the tab font hard to focus on - the letters are too 'slim' (it's probably kerning or some such technical term but I don't know much about fonts) and the forum page itself being white is an assault on the eyes. I preferred the more muted shades as they were easier on the eye. Reading posts makes me squint a bit

Overall, yes to the 'main' colour scheme but can you do something about the white pages - they be eye hurty

Haha seems i sparked a interesting thread. I honestly don't mind it i would rather the colours looked light and fresh than darker as it seems i tend to spend quite a while on here sometimes lol
