Anyone used kinetiklamps.co.uk before? - the lamp prices seem extremly low in comparision to my other suppliers.

"Compatible Lamp with Compatible Housing" Non genuine lamp, its up to you if you want to void the warranty on your projectors. a quick check online shows they have only been trading under that business name since last November >See Here< so I would definitely be dubious about buying from then anyway

How is it any different to compatable toners in a printer, equivalent parts in a car?
Ben
Not from that company, but we tried compatible lamps in our old Epson projectors.
Of the 4 that we had, two of them performed OK (although not been in long enough to comment on life) and the other two are pathetically dim - in fact, dimmer than the Epson lamps which were life expired at 2000hrs+ use.
We went back to originals despite the extra cost.

Well I wouldn’t put some Chinese monkey metal part in my car only to fail and cause more damage. i have bought non original products before for a range of items: the car, projectors, computers and the push bike... but I would never buy anything that I couldn’t guarantee the quality of it. It is a personal opinion... That’s allHow is it any different to compatable toners in a printer, equivalent parts in a car?
