I tried that laserblazer but it uses capitals to identify the fonts and i don't have any in the examples of the text i have.

Type in what you have in the filter and it will just use that.

Having tried it again looking at the enlarged pic. it suggests Simpliciter Sans

It's not. Compare the 't' and 'a' between VAG Rounded and Simpliciter Sans.

Thanks everybody, i know why it looked familiar but i couldn't pinpoint it, i was a VW mechanic for 3 years !!

VAG Rounded is also used in a lot of Web 2.0 logos...
