Rebuilt my PC with linux mint 13 yesterday morning, then cooked a lovely barbecue in the afternoon (spent a good while marinating food in the morning) and managed to sunburn myself lightly too, thankfully it doesnt hurt, just have that nice red glow to me

My weekend consisted of lots and lots of Minecraft with the Mrs., with windows open and fans a-everywhere xD

    No regrets.

I should really have set about fixing my PC's DVD drive or rebuilding her laptop, but I still need a new keyboard for her laptop, so effort xD

Saturday.....spent the day with grandkids, kids and ex in the garden where I used to live before we split up. The ex cut my hair. BBQ, mojitos, beer, then went home and watched the England-Norway game, fell asleep (thankfully, as it turned out, I hear) on the settee almost immediately after the start of the second-half. Woke up in time to go to bed

Sunday, had a couple of hours in my garden listening to the morning session of the 2nd Test. Sunday afternoon/evening, more grandkids, more BBQ, more mojitos, more beer.

Probably like most places, gorgeous cloud-less sky, bright, hot sunshine wall-to-wall, morning til night.

Back to work this morning, a fetching shade of lobster, in most places.

Nothing geeky, was going to try and get XBMC running on my laptop but Friday was Reverend and the Makers in sheffield (Amazing!!) and saturday we spent doing bits of shopping then my band played a gig. Sunday was designated gardening day (also a chance to get my .22 out)

I saw in the garden with the laptop and, in between a bit of F1 and a few Tesco Ultimate burgers, built up quite an empire with Germany on HOI3.
