I've recently got FRAPS and have taken to recording videos when playing games online. I'm interested in uploading a few select segments onto YouTube however the video files come end up being 10Gb+ in size and I don't think Windows Movie Maker will cut it! Can anyone recommend any good and straight forward (and ideally free) video editing software I can try to edit the videos and reduce their size a bit?

20th May 2012, 12:58 PM #6 For free, AVI Demux is quite good and for ~£25 there's Sony Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum. IIRC, the latter will allow you to import your FRAPS videos without converting them first.
