Hi there, I'm Will and a work for a school in Staffordshire. Moved there last years after spending a few years at a much bigger school in Birmingham.

Been reading quite a few threads on here for a while, it's always nice to know how other people do things - nice not to feel isolated!

Hello everyone,

I am Luke Chapman. I am a IT Technician at Holmesdale Technology college. Going good so far. I mainly deal with the laptop repair as we are with the "Ergo Laptop Scheme". That is about it.

Previous to this i was working for Comet on the customer service desk for 7 years. (yes I was the one you all came in shouting at on boxing day when your cooker had broken down on christmas day!.....oh the joy!
