    An hour before midnight is worth two after....

















    .. so in theory go to bed a 7pm and get up at 1am, counts as 11 hours sleep... :S

    That's very interesting.

    I sometimes wake bright and breezy, but just a bit too early, and decide to snooze (mistake). But when it's really time to get up, I'm like Han Solo in Carbonite.

    interesting website, normally im in bed about 11:30 on a "school" night apparently should be 12:15 optimally according to that website, will have to see if that works

    I go to bed at 9:30-10:00 and wake up at 4:30-5:00 and it says I should go to bed at 8pm.

    i might try this out, 11.30 is the most realistic for me as i read in bed between 10 and 11pm already.

    It doesn't differentiate between "falling asleep on the sofa accidentally" and "dragging my backside upstairs to the real bed" sleep times...

    I've been going to bed at 10pm every night for the last few weeks as thats the time the wife likes to be in bed. But Ive been finding im shattered on a morning. can't drag myself out of bed. But last night I stayed up until 11 and then was asleep for 1130 and you know what I feel great this morning.
