Hi All,
I am looking for a portable radio similar to this, this seems to be the best one I have found, unless anyone can recommend one. I know its pricey but its to save my sanity in the office. I don't have the facility (internet connection shocking at work) to stream so need a portable for when I am sat in the office working.
If anyone can recommend please let me know.
Thanks

1st May 2012, 09:25 PM #4 I have one of these Roberts ECO2W Ecologic 2 DAB/FM RDS Digital Radio wth Built-in Battery Charger-white: Amazon.co.uk: Electronics, you can't just slip it into your pocket, but the sound quality is awesome with my Bose OTE headphones. The built in speaker is pretty impressive as well plus it's rechargeable so goes with me for long sessions in the server rooms.

1st May 2012, 09:43 PM #6 They do a smaller model (ecologic 1) which is about 6" x 4" x 1.25" but I cannot vouch for it. The speaker and that it was rechargeable was a big must for me, oh and it's a Roberts, I have always remembered a Roberts radio being around since I was a small boy and wouldn't buy anything else

1st May 2012, 10:13 PM #7 I was thinking similar here, streaming bbc r2 as I have been, even on low bandwidth version becomes unreliable around certain times of the day for us here because of network utilisation overall. Anyone bought the cheapest DAB radios off currys and comet ?
