Yep they supplied over 30 heavy duty printers all identical models. The printers send reports to them and toner arrives in the post automatically with the name of the printer location so we dont even know if a printer is low on ink it all just happens! They have good support too, our engineer travels from Norfolk to Cambridgeshire to fix any issues and most of the time it is next day.

We would recommend.

Does anyone have a 'ball park' figure on what they charge per device annually?

All of our costs are on a per printer basis so before any costs were given they monitored existing printers for a few months and worked out estimated useage per month per printer and quoted for an anual cost for that printer which is reviewed anually.

Thanks, but what figure do you get (roughly) if you divide your annual bill by the number of devices? I'm just looking for a quick overview of cost so I can do a comparison with what I spend now.
