    What is this?!

    I received this in the post this morning.

    Any idea's what it is. It doesn't turn on/light up/turn on. I'm currently using it as a pen holder...

    Looks like a stand for a PDA or phone. I have something similar on my desk at home (but it has USB ports and a card reader built in).

    Is it magnetic? A paper clip holder? And I would take it the rubber bit is so it doesn’t get all scratched up
