Farewell Jack Tramiel - Aged 84

Farewell Jack Tramiel aged 84, founder of Commodore Business Machines. The first computer I owned was a Commodore PET (CBM 4031), although for some reason I always preferred the 2001 with it's cute keyboard and built in cassette. Meanwhile the C64 must still rate as one of the best selling branded machines of all time.

Thank you Jack - I salute you.

Sad news. I was just reading an article about Jack last night as well. Truely one of the greats in the evolution of modern computing.

More influence on my early computing career than Gates & Jobs combined.
