BT - why are they so terrible ?

Because BT are like an onion. Many, MANY layers, and they make you cry.

It's a joke - we are having to put in site to site VPNS in offices just because BT are so s l o w at doing anything.....

They don't even have any plans as to where our DP is! I think they are going to charge us to install a new one as they don't know where the.old one is!

I'm surprsied they have not imploded - the business is a mess.

60 days lead time to install to have our MPLS fibre installed roughly with Virgin!

I have same issue with BT and DP's know where most of ours are now, been to them that many times. We tend to get them to run a 50 pair from the DP to a DP in the comms room now and then we cross patch through the patching in the building.
