I have it disabled more on principle than anything else.
We had a problem for a while with the Intel graphics control panel in the system tray, kids/teachers rotating the screen etc. I stamped on that, by disabling Rotation and removing the icon from the system tray. But I notice some of the latest drivers don't have the 'disable rotation' anymore.
TBH, I don't have the time to look at it again, I've had no requests about enabling the Context Menu, so until then, it'll stays disabled.

Its disabled here, they can do everything they need to through the file/edit menus, no need for right click. as for opening things in a new tab just give them a mouse with a middle button(scrollwheel) as middle click opens link in new tab by default.

Disabling right click doesn't effect it in most apps... I don't remember using it in IE was a issue (IE6 at least)...
