Sorry, but IMO, it's like eating an ashtray*.

Depends how it's smoked. Supermarket 'smoked' bacon is often just a smoke flavour mixed in with the brine in which the bacon is cured. Proper smoked bacon - where the bacon is dry-cured and smoked over wood - tastes very different.

If it's any help ThinkGeek (ThinkGeek :: Stuff for Smart Masses) has bacon everything - croutons, popcorn, salt, soap, jellybeans. They do a bacon-patterned wallet. They like bacon more than you.

Get yourself on a low carb diet, can eat as much bacon as you want
Mind you, after being on low carb since September, bacon has actually lost it's appeal...

    Welcome - fordmillfarm.co.uk

is my housemates family farm... the bacon you can get from them bears absolutely no relation to anything you can get from a supermarket...

    Yummy!
