    That's right, unless the +/- repper decides to add their name it is anonymous.

    At least to us normal users anyway; I would imagine Mods and higher can tell who left the rep.

    I think they can. If someone is negrepping maliciously I believe they can see who it is and then take the appropriate action.


    Also, anon-negrep for giving out +Rep... You can't explain that!

    I only repped 2 or 3 people... I think I need to stop and start again later [and actually make a list.]
