I just called a few of the schools on your testimonials page, funny how they didn't have much to say in your favour.
Coopers Technology College - Matt Butler, left 4 years ago, and the NM in charge now (who was deputy NM then) said not worth dealing with you, whilst prompt on collection of equipment, receiving the funds took a while.
Sanders Draper School - Sheila Cates, left the school 2 years ago, current NM declined to comment on the service, but when checking the funds received, he believes the school was offered a below standard price and that Sheila was effectively fleeced.
Christ the King College - Declined to comment
Archers Court Maths and Computing (Now Dover Christchurch Academy) - Declined to comment
Frogmore Infant School - Declined to comment

Matt Butler and Shelia were fine with the prices, what I bought amounted to scrap laptops that was only any good for spares.
These schools would have had to pay to have them removed or at best just thrown then in to landfill.
At least they received some money to got back into schools and I kept the parts out of land fill

They were respectful for how quick you got the equipment off the school property (in fact that was a big positive for the schools), and bare in mind, I didn't speak directly to Matt nor Sheila, just their replacements (one of which had no specific dealings with you as he wasn't at the school at the time, but checked what was offered for what equipment).
Whilst I agree giving money back to the schools is a good thing, and keeping the stuff out of the landfills is a good thing also, it seems the new people were not so impressed with prices offered.
With all due respect as they were not there they did not see the condition of the items, also Matt and sheila was pleased to get rid of it as it was clogging up space in there small offices
I agree with you in getting rid of stuff clogging up space and how much it helps (lord knows my desk is cluttered right now) but I am going based on testimonials from schools that used your services over 2 years ago. You need to update it with more recent customers.
Do bare in mind, I am not seeking to have a dig at your company, nor yourself, but it is the fact that it hasn't been updated in over 2 years on the testimonials, and there are people now declining to comment, so get some fresh customers up, I'll happily ring them and see if they corroborate what they say on the site. If they do, I'll post to that effect (I check testimonials before dealing with anyone, various edugeek suppliers went through hell to get my custom!)
I will try and get them updated, but I know what I was like when I was a network manager I never had a bit of spare time and to write a testimonial for soneone would have been at the bottom of my list.

As soon as you have some new testimonials up. PM me the names, school names (and website if possible) and numbers for the people, and I will ring and let the edugeek community know my findings.
(PS, you got off lightly, compared to when I did my wireless review, it ruined the rep of some companies on here)
Read through this thread and take note of what various people have said, thus improving the customer experience.
Don't forget, we are Techs and some are more inclined to nit-pick problems etc. Not to bash you, but to improve. Once the Techs are happy, then dish out to the customers, and then they should benefit from a better experience, and your status should grow.
