25th January 2012, 01:16 PM #1 What date is the May half term this year (2012)?
We've heard that due to the Queens diamond jubilee that the helf term may be pushed back a week into June, and as we are in the early stages of planning the conf we need to know what dates schools have been given for the half term holiday that usually comes around at the end of May.

25th January 2012, 02:17 PM #15 It is not half-term here ... because we don't half terms. We operate a 6 term year and it is a between term break. (The exception is the Academy which used to be a CTC and operates a 5 term year ... far more sensible to be honest.)
