    If a website is taken down and you make a new one... as soon as you announce the new URL, it's going down again. It's just a matter of time.

    Unless of course, this was all an act to make it look like they're in control of the situation.


    Surely, if SOPA/PIPA was needed to take foreign websites down, this would be illegal?
