Not a lot... Just tidying up the network! Put in a new switch and patch panels as we have had some new offices put in the building! I'm also just trying to figure out how Sophos's patch management works in the new Enterprise Console!

    I'm currently working on:

    Networked fire alarm proposal
Documenting everything ready for my paternity leave
Sorting everything out for our current reporting session - importing comment banks etc

Oh and in the next hour or so showing someone from an external company around our network in case of emergencys while I'm off on paternity leave

Currently installing BES onto a VM and looking into integrating Lync 2010 with our existing Cisco phone system.

Also looking at moving SIMS into a new XenApp 6.5 farm.

Planning a new network and getting prices together for it. On a major budget.

I'm glad I'm not alone. Though after releasing information to staff and realising we have 28 weeks made me quiver slightly....

Virtual environment gets set up from the week after half term, planned to take 3 weeks (I think a little less), from hand over till we break up is 19 then 6 over summer. Complete overhaul except cabling.

Crazy. I've got no real time frame to work to, all I know is that instant results are wanted as soon as numbers are agree'd. So it could be as soon as Feb that things need to be setup and ready to image workstations.

Working with the engineer while he sets up our auto-attendant, rolling up CS5.5 ready to deploy, looking at a classroom of new PCs that need installing. No complaints though
