When I saw the video I was shocked how frayed/worn the bungee cord appeared.
It could have been so much worse.

Ah OK. I am not familiar with the details of a bungee cord [as you might have guessed from my comment]

Your quite right, a fair few years ago I white water rafted under that bridge and there were no crocs around. Our guides told us to watch out in the still water areas, the kind of places we'd wash and swim
