Gosh.........maybe it's time to rescue my Atart 1024ST with matching monitor and external floppy from the loft at my ex's.
My C64, Sega Master System and ZX Spectrum 48k are in my mothers attic
unfortunately, I have a snowballs chance in hell of getting into it again
Also lost forever are: my airfix model of the Enterprse-D and Enterprise-E, a Scalextric, Buckets of Lego, A very big wooden chest filled with all parts of the old HeroQuest games - complete with every orc, wizard and rampaging fimir (sp?) all lovingly hand painted.....
boxes of lego ar elike gold dust these days.. its crazy
Yeah tell me about it - we've scoured most of NW England since Christmas looking for some - and to think I have about 3000+ blocks in that damned womans attic!!
Its the latter that is like gold dust - Smyths have a few boxes of bits - though still not all of them that I used to have like the little car doors that were about the height of a brick and clipped into a peg...
clearly, i am very rich indeed, as i totted up the other day and i have 50 lego sets, plus some stuff i bought from the lego parts store, plus some other lego i bought by the bucket full when i was my early teens... there is enough to fill about 4 plastic crates with bricks, plus another with bases, boat hulls and large wheels.
I like lego!

Lego rocks. Alas, mine went the same way and is also in some random person's loft. I don't mean a small amount either. The technic I had alone built a 3 foot F1 car with fully working independant suspension, 3 working gears + reverse, specially sourced & purchased wheels (from Lego when you had to order from the little catalogues and their fan clubs) etc. And still had enough to build half a second car.
Unfortunately the computers I had were sold on ages ago - ZX81, a heavily modified Atari XE, an ST1024-E and my favourite, an Atari 800XL with shedloads of kit like tablet, floppy drive, daisywheel printer, cassette deck etc etc
